Kix Brooks: “Entertaining”

His commitment to his alma mater is evident in his transformational gift that made Louisiana Tech the first university in the world to offer music students the opportunity to learn on a Solid State Logic (SSL) Origin studio console. Brooks remains dedicated to fostering innovation and helping current students achieve success in the music industry.
Brooks continues to take the stage today, and he’s helping to foster a new generation of talented country music stars with inspiration and hands-on mentorship. Her dedication and expertise have solidified her reputation as a prominent figure in women’s basketball.
Coaching at the highest level is not for the faint of heart, and it takes a level of dynamic leadership that both women possess. They were chosen to simultaneously represent the word “energetic” in the institutional spot not only as a nod to their current coaching roles but to their level of play as members of the legendary Lady Techsters.

The Shreveport native, along with her husband Brent are among the owners of Mystik Dan, the three-year-old thoroughbred who won the 150th Run for the Roses at the 2024 Kentucky Derby.
While the horse and the jockey are the pair that power through the finish line on Derby Day, the entire team must be in sync for racing success. Gasaway’s determination is evident in all her business endeavors and characterizes the hardworking nature of Bulldogs for the institutional spot.

“Regal” dogs do so much more than keep their heads held high and win competitions. George’s placement in the commercial is intentionally on the nose, with footage of her Miss Louisiana crowning echoing her status as a role model who carries the Tenets of Tech into everything she does.
