Richardson: Still a champion, still helping Tech win
Fifty years after helping Louisiana Tech to the first of four football titles in four seasons as an All-American senior noseguard in 1971, Houston businessman Chris Richardson remains just as active and passionate off the field today as he was on it during his championship seasons as a Bulldog.
Facilities honor Bundrick, Caruthers
Through philanthropic donations, the new softball field will be named in honor of Dr. Billy Bundrick, who gave more than 40 years of his professional career to Louisiana Tech University. The new Lady Techster’s soccer field will be named in honor of Dr. Robert Mack Caruthers, a former Petroleum Engineering professor.
